This Ministry oversees the Physical Arrangements Department, the Stewardship Department including First Aid and the Pastoral Counselling and Support Department including the Altar Workers.
Physical Arrangements
This Physical Arrangements department physically arranges the church for each service and co-ordinates the clearing of the church after each service.
Stewardship
This department provides an atmosphere of friendship, welcome and support to visitors and facilitates worshippers on their arrival at church. They co-ordinate and supervise the reception of the offerings and the seating arrangement in each service.
First Aid
The First Aiders provide first and immediate assistance to those with minor or major illnesses in the church.
Pastoral Counselling and Support
This department offers pastoral counselling to the church, including new converts.
