This Ministry oversees the Stewardship which has teams, Ushers, Welcome & Follow-up, Security, Parking and First Aid. The Facilities Department comprises of the Maintenance, Cleaning and Gardening Teams. The Operations Department – Physical Arrangements Team and Room & Venue Booking Team.
Stewardship Department
This department provides an atmosphere of friendship, welcome and support to visitors and facilitates worshippers on their arrival at church. They co-ordinate and supervise the reception of the offerings and the seating arrangement in each service.
Ushers Team
The ushers ensure that members and visitors feel welcomed upon arrival and are comfortable during the service to enable freedom to worship.
Welome and Follow-Up Team
This team greet first time visitors in the foyer area with a welcome pack and make follow-up, courtesy calls during the week to check on well-being etc.
Security Team
This team is responsible for the safety of people and the church property.
Parking Team
The Parking Team manage the day-to-day operations of the car park.
First Aid Team
The First Aiders provide first and immediate assistance to those with minor or major illnesses in the church.
Facilities Department
The Facilities Department ensure that the internal and external of the premises are maintained to an excellent standard of cleanliness and aesthetics.
Cleaning Team
The Cleaning Team aims to maintain excellence in hygiene and cleanliness in all areas of the church.
Gardening Team
This team provide efficient, high quality skilled maintenance for the church gardens, lawns and relevant outdoor areas.
Maintenance Team
The Maintenance Team is responsible for the upkeep of the church building.
Operations Department
This department oversees the operations and organisation of the church facilities.
Room and Venue Booking Team
The Room and Venue Booking Team coordinate the hire and use of the church’s facilities.
Physical Arrangements
This Physical Arrangements department physically arranges the church for each service and co-ordinates the clearing of the church after each service.
