This Ministry oversees the Men’s Ministry, Women’s Discipleship Ministry – both of which comprises of the Young Adult Women & Young Men’s Ministry teams. The New Believer’s Care Programme, Sunday School Department, Education & Training Department as well as the Youth & Discipleship Department with its teams - Youth Ministry, Children’s Ministry & Creche team, all sit within this Ministry.
Women's Discipleship Ministry (WDM)
This ministry empowers women of all ages and stages to reach their God-given potential. It also assists women in developing a deeper understanding and relationship in God through worship, fellowship, training and leisure and to enhance our relationship with the wider community and the world.
Young Adult Women's Ministry (Y.A.W.M.)
YAWM provide opportunities for fellowship, accountability, and spiritual growth while addressing the unique needs and difficulties that young Christian women encounter in today’s world.
Men's Ministry - Life Builder's Department
The purpose of the Men's Ministry is to provide opportunities for fellowship, accountability, and spiritual growth while addressing the unique needs and difficulties that Christian men encounter in today’s world.
Young Men's Ministry (Y.M.M.)

Youth and Discipleship Department
This department supports our young people through their life's journey, helping them to become successful adults, through a variety of activities and events. It provide opportunities for fellowship, accountability, and spiritual growth while addressing the unique needs and difficulties that Christian young people encounter in today’s world.
Youth Fellowship Team
The Youth Fellowship Team provide opportunities for fellowship, accountability, and spiritual growth while addressing the unique needs and difficulties that Christian young people encounter in today’s world.
Children's Ministry Team
This team provide opportunities for fellowship, accountability, and spiritual growth while addressing the unique needs and difficulties that Christian young people encounter in today’s world.
Creche Ministry Team
The Creche Team ensure that children are safely and appropriately looked after during periods in which their parents/carers attend the main service or are engaged in meetings or other activities.
Sunday School Department
This Sunday School Department provides a welcoming and supportive learning environment where the word of God is taught. The Superintendent co-ordinates the operations of the Sunday School.
The New Believers Care Programme
This programme provides support and guidance to new believers. The Care Leaders are trained to follow biblical guidelines within the Care Programme in order to help the new believers to grow.
Education/Training Department
This department offers training at local level to enhance opportunities and roles within the various ministry areas. To also work alongside the NTCG Leadership Training Centre based in Northampton, in providing a range of courses to equip and prepare all members, workers and leaders for ministry in the Church and society.
